New legal habit
When I started freelancing, the question arose: how to formalize relationships with clients so as not to get into an unpleasant situation? At first, I looked for contract templates on the Internet, which, of course, is dangerous - each case is unique. Then a friend advised me to try legal AI. I was skeptical, but still uploaded my first contract template. And then everything changed.
The program highlighted weak points, such as vague deadlines, unclear payment terms, and even the absence of a force majeure clause. It was my personal mini-legal master class. It was especially nice that I first used legal ai free, so to speak, a test drive. I was convinced of its benefits, and then I subscribed.
Now, not a single contract goes to a client without verification. I have even become more confident in discussing the terms and conditions and know what I can insist on. It is nice to realize that you are not alone with legal subtleties. And I have noticed that even large customers — those very legal AI companies — use similar solutions. That is, we are all moving to a new level — where AI helps build honest and transparent relationships.
