Notes:
- Early-bird deadline is September 25th, 2018.

- All conference papers *MUST* have at least one registered author.
- Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference.
- For all accepted papers, the registration fee needs to be paid. Please note that your paper WILL NOT be published if the fee is not received.
- If you have more than one accepted papers, you will get a discount of 50 USD for the rest of papers after the first one.
- For students, an approval letter is needed showing that you are still a student.
